The IMPULSE Wireless CallBank now gives a live indication that the radio you are communicating with is receiving your transmission. This is shown by a green "light" next to the talkgroup name.

IMPULSE Wireless CallBank recent feature upgrades:
- SOS alert mute button - mutes siren for admin-configured time period to allow handling of the duress event, and clearing the alert after the duress event has been properly attended to. This is to enable a required clear reason (see below)
- Require a reason for a duress alert to be able to clear it.
- Improved user navigation and useability features, putting everything at your fingertips
- Displaying vehicle ID and location on the alert panel when an SOS alert comes in
- Link to centre the map on the vehicle in duress
- Popup windows instead of new tabs for many common view actions
- Direct entry field to type in a bus/vehicle ID and open the radio immediately
- Bus/vehicle search functionality accessed more easily through Callbank and mapping screens
- Ability to upload custom alert and sound files
